OpenVPN assistant information

I downloaded the OpenVPN Assistant program and installed it, but I can't run it, it shows "I/O ERROR 1784". Can you help me fix it? Thanks for your consideration.

This is an error which usually appears when the software has encountered a bug. However, many users stated that they were able to overcome it by launching the software and using another operation instead of the one that gives this error. Additionally, reconfigure the assistant and make sure the server you want to connect to is working right. Reconfiguring the application will overcome this error.
