When it's used, the Report Generator function will open a window with a fixed size and position regardless of the screen resolution and the items on the screen. That's why you don't have the possibility to change its location on the screen. This is just a minor issue if it bothers you, but after you use the function to generate report, you will actually have to wait until the whole process is finished. This is the way the application is created and there is no way to change the attribute because it would mean to change the code. This isn't possible, though. You might need to work with the program in this form.
