Update Navi doesn't work.

I just bought Fujitsu Lifebook SH782 a few days ago. I saw an icon on the tray named update Navi. But when it was checking the operating environment, it failed. It said "It failed in the access to our web server. Try to carry it out again after a while, or check the setting of Internet connection." Though I tried again to update it still didn't work and stated the same thing. What should I do and how will it be? It's the first time for me to use Windows 8 64-bit. Please explain in sequenced order (step by step).

You have tried to use an application that isn't compatible with Windows 8.1. to get the official downloads for your Windows 8 64bit OS, access the official website. If you click the Utilities tab, you'll see the Update NAVI is not available. Additionally, Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and allow the application to connect to the Internet. This should also fix the problems.
