I need a Tool to get ACL on a fileshare in my domain.

I used EZperms in my last organization. I want to use it for my current organization. Where can I buy it from or if any other tool exists in market?

The EZperms application has been discontinued from development by its creator. This means that there is no possibility to buy it or to download it. However, there are other applications that handle ACL permissions very well. For example, Synology DiskStation is another product that has the capability ot managing ACL permissions for a specific domain.
