NVS Vector Tool does not work.

Question

NVS Vector Tool 10.1 does not work. I have converted to coverage, there are FROMNODE_ and TONODE_ fields, built and cleaned, converted to shape. The program always fails with Error 000816: The tool is not valid. On a side note, tried registering the DLLs that came with NVS Vector Stream Tool, but none of the DLLs would register. Wonder if that's the problem?

Remove the current installation of NVS Vector Tool and then install it using the guide in the PDF file and the error should disappear allowing you to fully use the product.
