The software is configured to perform automatic updates. You can suppress them by going to the settings and disable the option related to Check for updates when the program starts. Completely disable the module, then restart the application and the update module will be turned off. Additionally, go to Start > Search and type Schedule Task. Expand the folder after the window appears, and locate the one related to WatchDOG. Delete it and that's it.
