Why can t i add someone back on snapchat?

Guys easiest way to find them again is to have someone that has them as a friend send you their profile on snap ! thank me lateeerrz Aligateeerrzz

... in my phone their snapchat appeared as one of ... had a snapchat. Second when I clicked on the Add button it ... I typed in their Snapchat name and somehow it ... to my contacts on snapchat they were then listed ...  

... you have blocked someone on Snapchat, access your friends list then ... or two before you can add them back because this is a policy ...
