How do u delete numbers on a zte android?

YOU CAN NOT DO THIS THROUGH THE PHONE APP. Go into the contact app. That should do it.  

On the ZTE 817 cleverly hid on the installed app list is a blue dot with a white person icon labled "Contacts". Tap it and add/subtract, edit, etc. Have Fun
