Latest questions about "winsweeper"

As per the title, when the computer opens up, the Winsweeper window appears, then everything locks, except for the mouse. I can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, but cannot open Task Manager.

I have downloaded it, but beyond the opening screen nothing happens. No options respond. I tried to find somewhere to activate, but there is nothing in the bottom right corner as per video.

Every time I open my computer, there is a display of the program. I have never been able to pass it away. The program never shows any results of helping me.

I already have WinSweeper on one laptop and want to apply it to another laptop as well - how can I do this?

Why can't I validate my WinSweeper license?
