Ver 5.0.0.2 creating error: password bank, abstract error.

Originally installed ver 5.0.0.2 on Alienware m17 notebook for fingerprint reader. Has worked fine all these years but now conflicts with Dreamweaver's later versions.

Protected files after Windows Upgrade.

I upgraded Windows XP with Windows 7. Now I can't open some .xls files, which were protected by Vitakey AC3000. What can I do to open these files again?
