Message about "minimum of 800 x 600 screen resolution is necessary for Picasa".

When I click on Picasa to open the program I get a pop-up: 'This application requires at least an 800 x 600 screen resolution with 16 bit color' and the program never opens.

My screen's resolution is to low and I can't access program's features.

I have a small Acer and an HP computer and because the screen is small you can't see neither the "Gather" button nor "Start/Stop" and Ninjagram doesn't allow you to scroll down.
