Movies that I purchased for my HP TouchPad were erased/removed by Roxio. Can I get the movies back or a refund? I have been trying to get an answer to my questions for over a year (2014).

I can't read/open a CD made with EasyWrite(MRW/InCD). This was a backup of data on my old computer running Windows XP & now I'm running Windows Vista on a new computer.
