Latest questions about "protect data"

It is not that I don't remember the password, but when I right click on the folder and try to unlock it an error message pops up saying "Location is not available".

It shows that the folder is empty. And it shows the folder size of its contents and while scanning with antivirus it shows all the files. I need a way to fix it.

To Whom it may Concern! I have locked my personal folder & unfortunately, I forgot the password. Please help me rectify the problem. Waiting for your urgent reply.
