Error while playing videos online.
I can no longer play videos on Facebook. It throws an error that says that Facebook has stopped. How can I fix this?

The videos are freezing.
I'm a Sky customer. My problem is when I try to watch TV on Sky Player. On the website, videos are loaded slowly and just as I hit play, it freezes.
