I have been running V8 on my computer with Windows 10. Is there a later version and if so what changes/improvements does it have?

I have been using MyMailingListDeluxe on Windows 10 for over a year. Now it will not open. The message says "This app can't run on your PC".

Right now I am using My Mail List 6.0.0.0 & have 600 plus addresses stored that I have added manually.
