Roxio software does not load after splash screen displays

The "Roxio" name displays momentarily after clicking to launch. There is no indication that software loaded nor that software load failed (other than that it does not 'start').

I downloaded Tofucam Destop Software.exe and tried to run it. I get an error: Unable to locate application file 'P2PCamWin.msi'. When I look that up I'm told to download: P2PCamWin+V1.
