How to completely remove TechTracker from my Mac (El Capitan)? No longer listed in my Applications, but still appears on tool bar and slows down my Mac.

Is this freeware? I was sure it was freeware when I first downloaded it but now the word "trial" looms under it. Also is there a way to tell the difference between an update and a paid upgrade? Thanks.
