Missing sound on AVS Video Converter.

I just bought AVS Video Converter. When I've converted a file, there is no sound on the film. What am I missing? Can you give me a direct URL to the Audio Codec which I am obviously missing?

I can't convert to M4V.

I'm trying to convert a DVD file from a music video disc to M4V (for iTunes). I used the "Split by chapters" feature and after I converted the file, the audio lags behind the video.
