Whenever i use artcut to cut or plot an error appears that "an unnamed file was not found" my Plottter model is CREATION CT630 and i can,t find it on Add plotter list

I'm trying to connect my Sieki cutter to the ArtCut 6. But when I try to connect the ArtCut with the cutter and go to test or cut, an error comes up unnamed file error and does nothing.

When I import a photo, it will not let me image trace it, it comes up with a bunch of lines.

I have a JPEG file and I've been trying to follow some instructions with CorelDraw and Photoshop for files to upload in Artcut and have the correct picture, but I have not been able to do so.

I purchased this program along with a Refine Cutter Plotter Pro 24. I cannot run it on Windows 7. It worked well in my old Windows XP Home Edition computer.
