I am an AE for "Cadence Design" and my customer is using Cam 350 to import a Cadence Allegro NC Drill (.drl) file. When he tries to view it in Cam350 nothing is visible. Have you seen this before? Do you think it is an Allegro or Cam 350 issue?

CAMvu has the ability to view all CAM350 databases which means that the software is compatible with the DRL files. The problem must be on the Cadence Allegro side. Try to export or save the file again and then import it into CamVU. The application can't display the file because it's either corrupted or not compatible with the software.
