Chrome browser uses your Google/Gmail account to store the data. This means that you can't recover the password from Chrome, but you'll have to reset the password for the account attached to Chrome. You can do this from the Need Help? link at the Gmail website. Access the website, then follow the link and use the guidance to recover your password. At the end of the process, start Chrome and log in again.
