I made a group on Viber and added some users, but now I don't want to be some person. How can I do that or how can I delete the group to make another one?

There is no way to delete a Viber group. When it's created, no user has the possibility to delete it. The only way to delete a group is by leaving it. When all users left the group, the system automatically deletes it. Simply leave the group and try creating it again.
