ACDSee InTouch is used to obtain updates to the application and to share images using proprietary methods available only from the ACDSee application. However, you can disable it using its icon in the System Tray of your computer. Right click it and disable it. You also have the possibility to uninstall it via Control Panel. Note that if you disable/uninstall it, the updates to the application need to be applied manually by downloading a new version from the ACDSee website.
