During the update Bluestacks asked you if you want to keep or delete the custom settings, apps, etc. You must have clicked NO and the SD card was deleted. The problem now is you can't recover the files and even if you didn't had the files deleted, recovery operations wouldn't be possible. It's not possible to recover items from a virtual file.
