There are a few service update packs for this application. Try downloading and applying them and then starting the application. If you encounter any issues, remove the application form your computer and then install it again and apply the patches/updates. After this operation the software should start normally. Installing a fresh version ensures that all files will be replaced to their original state and the registry items replaced with new and working ones.
