I am attempting to renew my subscription and each time I log-in it welcomes someone other than me with the same e-mail address. My profile is correct so I am confused.
The application will display the name used when the program was installed in the first place. If you have issues, try re-installing the application again and use the correct registration data. It's easier this way and you avoid any complications that may interfere during the licence change.
