Yes, the website is out of business. Their official domain has expired and it hasn't been renewed. This means that there is no way to access it again. However, you still have the possibility to access it through Web Archive. Visit the following link and you can access various parts of the old website.

Regarding the question of can I use Opditracker with Yosimite. I have just downloaded Yosimite and was amazed that my Opditracker data was there and everything works on the Disc Stakka. So it would appear that if you had it installed on your previous OS then you shouldn't have any problems. For me that was like all my Christmases had come at once.
