I am trying to unlock my Samsung tablet but I can't do so. I have tried my pattern too many times and I can't login through Google account. And I tried to reset it, but the options came in Chinese language.
The Tab is using the standard recovery mode. This means that you should access the recovery as you've previously did and then use the Volume buttons to select the third option. That's the factory reset option. Select the option and use Power to confirm then select first option to reboot it and you will have access to the Tab device.
