Why isn't my Kall2family working?

I added my username and password, but it is showing the 'Profile creation failed 0x80004005' message.

You receive this error because the website associated with the application and service is not responding and the application can't reach the servers to confirm the creation of the username. There is a possibility the server is down for maintenance.
