I created a show and burned it to DVD. It plays on TV. When I noticed a mistake , I brought the show back up and it told me I was missing pictures and music. I found them and replaced them. All seemed okay again but when I went to play it on computer I got message after a long wait that Proshow was not responding.
I am running windows 8 and have the newest Proshow Program

My name is Richard Shelton from Powell River British Columbia. I have had this program thru many upgrades and am very familiar with the show.

Can you help me with this problem.

Richard

ProShow always had a problem with file handling. For example, to avoid any errors, try opening the old project but absolutely sure that the old pictures are in their original location and the errors should disappear. If you encounter problems and the application is fully updated, simply repeat the process. It was proven that in some cases, altering the settings, could increase the chance of successful attempts.
