You can install the application through the Programs and Features from the Control Panel, but if this procedure is not working correctly or the program refuses to uninstall you can use an uninstaller. For instance, you can use Revo Uninstaller because even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
