I am receiving a notification on my Droid Razr Max HD that a third party is capable of monitoring my network etc. It says a trusted credential on my device is making this happen. The site was Foxfi.com. I uninstalled it but I am still receiving the notifications. I was told that I need to find out the certificates related to this app and uninstall those. What are they?

The trusted certificates are found on the following location: Settings > Security > Trusted credentials. Remove them from that location and then go to Settings > Device Administrators and remove all the apps. Reboot the phone and all the notifications will stop appearing. This is the only way to remove the administrative apps and their certificates.
