Since these packages modify a lot of system files and resources on the PC, it is hard to diagnose where the problem is. However, restart the computer and press F8 until the service menu appears. Select Safe Mode and proceed with the loading process. Once Windows is loaded, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program. Select the application from the list and remove it completely. Reboot the computer and with a bit of luck it will start again normally. Contrary, you will have to re-install Windows again.
