Unfortunately, the application is not developed to run on the latest Windows platforms, but you can try the Compatibility Mode in order to run it on your new PC. Right-click the Quattro Pro launcher, select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select a compatible platform from the drop-down list and click OK. After that, right-click again the program icon and select Run as Administrator.
