The Encarta application has been discontinued by Microsoft which means there is no support for it. If you have the software installed and enabled with the Mathtool, then I recommend pressing the F1 button while the Mathtool is active. This will give you an overview about the functions and buttons in the application. Unfortunately, this is the only way to get help on how to use the software and its functions.
