Using this program, you can convert videos that you download from websites, in a proper format that can be played on your iPod. To convert videos, you need to download them to your computer first. After the download is over, select the video, and press the convert button from the right side of the screen. A new window will be opened that will allow you to select the format in which you want to convert the video to.
