It's known that sometimes the HASP driver refuses to install properly. Luckily for you, there is one solution which works by the book.
First open Command Prompt and make sure it's started as administrator, then browse to where the haspdinst.exe is located. At the Command Prompt, type: haspdinst.exe -r -kp and add -fremove it you encounter problems then using the same window and application type haspdinst.exe -i. Wait for confirmation message then restart the software and it should work normally.
