Yes, you can convert a .pa file to PDF using a virtual printer. Install CutePDF Writer then open your .pa file and go to Print. Select the CutePDF engine and you will have the possibility to save it as a PDF file with all the elements in place. You can obtain CutePDF Writer from its official website.
