I can't run HMSI DMS software due to "Runtime error - 2147467259 [8004005]" message. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, open Control Panel and select View by: Large icons instead of Category. After that open Sync Center and click Manage offline files. Press the Disable offline files button, click Apply and then OK. Reboot your computer and the problem should be solved. If not, uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again.
