I have a D-Link 57 router and I can't connect to configure the information related to WiFi settings. Is it OK to use it like this?

To configure the router, access its interface at the following IP addresses: 192.168.0.1 / 192.168.2.1/ 192.168.1.1

Paste one of these IPs on a browser tab and access the administration area. Input the password and username (default admin/admin) then secure the connection by assigning WiFi password and then you can use it. Don't let the router unsecured.
