I have noticed a credit card payment to CRW Online Vault. I don't recall doing this or requesting it so, how do I stop further payments? As far as I can tell I don't need Online Vault. Please assist at your earliest convenience.
First you need to open a support ticket and ask for a refund because you might be tricked into buying something else. You can do this from the Support System of the website. Alternatively, contact the bank of your credit card to block payments and file a complaint. They will take legal action against unauthorized credit card payments.
