Try to access the Internet on your Bluestacks and make sure it is working then log on to Dropbox from your computer's browser. If everything is working, remove then re-install Dropbox into Bluestacks but first right click the Bluestacks icon and select Restart. This will ensure that all modules start in normal condition.
