I bought a wireless mouse (I620 model). I have a problem - my laptop cannot detect the mouse. But when I plugged it to PC, it worked fine. Please suggest. Do I have to install some driver? For your information, my laptop is running Windows 7.

It's possible that the driver is having problems or the files associated with the driver are missing. Go to Device Manager using Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. The problematic driver should be listed with a yellow sing. Right click it and select Update Driver. While doing this operation make sure you are connected to the Internet. This way Windows Update will use the online services to download the necessary files to restore functionality to your device.
