I have an Asus X201E with Windows 8 32-bit. My PLC Programming Automation is not compatible with Windows 8, but it supports Windows XP. What can I do?

I have an Asus X201E with Windows 8 32-bit. My PLC Programming Automation is not compatible with Windows 8, but it supports Windows XP. What can I do?

A solution to run the application on your computer can be the Compatibility Mode. Right-click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK.
