Google Earth is not launching. What to do?

I have Windows 7 64-bit and 3D Max version is 2012. I can't launch Google Earth.

Try to update Google Earth to its latest version because it's compatible with Windows 7 x64. I have tested the installation and it's working nice in Windows 7 x64 Home Premium. You can download it from the official website.
