It's advised to always use the latest version of the program because this is the only one that receives updates and upgrades. It's possible that you encounter an internal error of the application. In this case, I suggest to perform a fresh install. To do this, first you need to uninstall the program. This can be done from Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. If this won't help you overcome the problem, you can download version 5 from the Software Informer application's website.
