Open documents from previous version.

I have downloaded Office Suite 3.3 onto my new computer. I had Office Suite on my old (2 years) computer. My documents from that computer will not open on my new one. The error message comes up "Installer Name parameter is missing". I click OK, but have no idea what I need to do to correct this. Can anyone help me?

Office Suite X has the ability to open a large number of file formats including the ones from previous versions of the program. The latest version (3.3) was tested with different file formats and didn't encounter any compatibility error. In this case, it's possible that the problem is generated by your files. They might be corrupted. If you can't open any kind of files, try to perform a fresh installation of the product.
