To delete photos in your Bluestacks, a launcher needs to be installed. Access the application's page at Google Play for Apex Launcher and install it then press the home button in Bluestacks. Select Launcher, then go to Application list and select Gallery. Keep the click pressed on an image then press the BIN icon and that's it.
