User manual for SFI Authenticate.

How do I get the user manual of SFI Authenticate? While authenticating a CSV file I have an error saying "sort code length has not been set up yet" and I do not know how to set it up.

There is no information about SFI Authenticate. I have looked everywhere and couldn't find the necessary manual. The official website doesn't have support for this product and it doesn't offer any manual to download it. You might need to look for something else because this product appears to be discontinued by the official developer.
