If the item was downloaded complete, open the application, go under Completed tab and tap on it. Under the Torrent details window, there is a field called Saved path which provides the full path to the location where the file was saved. To reach the path mentioned there, you can use the File manager that is inbuilt in the Android OS, or download an application like File Manager to reach it.
